To qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Probiotic chews must be administered daily for a minimum of 30 consecutive days

  • Dosage must match the dog’s weight category, based on the official dosage guide

  • Chews must be given between meals, without heated food or incompatible supplements (e.g., antibiotics, strong herbal antimicrobials like garlic or oregano oil)

  • Customers must provide documentation of consistent use and a lack of observed improvement

📌 Opened jars cannot be returned under any circumstance. Only sealed, unopened jars may be returned according to the Return Policy below.

📸 Accepted Documentation Formats

To support a valid claim under the Satisfaction Guarantee, acceptable documentation includes:

  • Date-stamped photos or videos showing daily administration

  • Screenshots from pet tracking apps or camera roll

  • Photos of chewable tablets next to a dated item (e.g., newspaper)

  • Vet notes confirming no improvement over the trial period

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover:

  • Opened jars returned

  • Inconsistent or incorrect usage

  • Claims submitted before 30 days of continuous use

  • Missing documentation

  • Refusal to eat or taste-related issues – These are considered individual pet preferences and not product performance concerns. Because flavor responses can vary widely, and do not reflect the intended digestive benefits of the chews, refunds are not provided on this basis.

📦 Return Policy for Unopened Jars

Customers may return unopened, sealed jars within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Product is unused and in original condition

  • Packaging remains intact and unbroken

  • Customer pays for return shipping

  • Tracked delivery is used to ensure safe processing
